Seems like good quality. I’ve only had it on the bike a few weeks, two rides with it so far and it’s stayed on tight. The storage is nice inside, lots of secure webbing options.

The outside compartment is not big enough for most cell phones. That forces you to put it the center compartment that isn't as easily accessible and is really made for some tools that you don't want your cell phone riding next to. The outside compartment should just be a little bigger
Hey Chuck, i think you just purchased the wrong bag. This is the smallest bag we make, if you look at the photos they all show the phone in the main compartment, its meant to carry either a phone OR a tool set, the mini zip in the front is for tiny misc things. The bag it sounds like you want is the double decker small which is the same size but an additional large zipper pocket so you can put your phone in one of the zipper pockets, tools or snacks in the other and then theres still the mini pocket in the front for more misc stuff. Additionally there is the medium 2 pocket thats larger in size and has the front pocket made for a phone and the zipper pocket for tools and other stuff.

Very impressed. I got this small bag to mount to my ride gravitas mx37 and handlebar mount. It is a little small but I also didnt want anything bigger. It holds most of my important tools and I need some of them to adjust levers. The zippers are high quality. The bag is very protective and stiff. Just need a bar pad like bag. You will not regret the purchase. I think I will also get the large or medium in the future to have other options but for now the small works great. Recommended. Much better than other brands
The photos say it all, this is great on my Honda Dax for carrying little stuff like my wallet and phone. Just what I needed, perfect 👌
