The Fork Tube Sheath mounts to the fork providing a convent way to access things like a tow strap. This means less wasted space and weight in your backpack. You also dont need to take the backpack off which makes it faster to access. The bag mounts with the included velcro straps and you can then pivot the bag around so it's behind your number plate and out of the way until you need it.
