Puncture Protector Radiator Hose Wrap

The Puncture Protector is here to keep your radiator hoses safe on the trail! On 2019 and newer KTM/Husqvarna models the radiators were moved down lower which has caused a huge problem in the enduro community. If you hit your radiators (even with radiator guards) they flex back on impact and the hose pushes into the sharp corner of the motor. This results in a pinhole in your radiator hose which is very hard to fix on the trail leaving your stranded or headed home early. The Puncture Protector is made of strong plastic and wraps around the rubber radiator hose to prevent holes from forming on impact. The unique wrap designs still allows the hose to flex when it needs to but keeps it nice and safe.

Installation 

---

—Hold the Puncture Protector over the radiator hose to determine how long you need
—Cut down to size using a saw or wire snips 
—Slide over the hose
—Install hose and clamps on radiator 
—Rotate the Puncture Protector so that the widest area is covering the sharp motor edge
