Bib Bit Mousse Hole Cutter

The Bib Bit allows you to cut clean holes in your mousse bib with ease. With three sizes to choose from; 1", 1.25", 1.5" you can now adjust how much 'pressure' you want to run. You can also vary the spacings of the holes to get the feeling how you want it.

When the bib starts wearing out and getting to soft you can simply re-insert the pieces of foam you originally cut to firm it up a bit. Using a standard drill bit to cut the holes causes lots of tear out and makes a mess. With the Bib Bit you get a very clean hole that prolongs the life of the bib. A softer bib not only gives you much more traction but as an added bonus the softer bib is much easier to install. If you run mousse bib's this will sure to become an essential tool in your tire charing kit.

Sizes

—1"
—1.25"
—1.5"
—Hole length: 4.25"

How To Use

—The Bit Bit will work with old or new bibs but you get the cleanest cuts with a new one
—Get a piece of scrap wood and place it under neath where you want to cut your hole. Do not drill into cardboard as its easy for the bit to drill through the cardboard and dull the bit when it touches the concrete.
—Mount the Bit Bit in a drill set to the lowest torque setting (lower numbers on your drill)
—Lube the Bit Bit with silicone spray or mouse grease
—Drill through the bib and remove the excess foam by pulling it out of the side slots
—Drill holes close together for softer feel or farther apart for more firm
