These fork protection covers offer 360 degree of upper fork protection for your inverted suspension. They are made from a unique toughened polymer that shrink tightly onto your forks. The bottom shrinks are lined with glue (activated with a heat gun) so they don't move around. The top shrinks do not have glue so you can slide them on and off when removing or installing your suspension.
If you have a set of older forks these will help mask the imperfections as well as protect them from further wear. The benefit of these over other fork protectors is that they will also cover the ridges of the tube since they are form fitted to your fork. Top & Bottom shrinks are sold separately (please be sure to add both to your cart if you need both the top & bottom).

Installation
—Remove fork tubes from triple clamp.
—The covers come long so you can cut them down to your exact length (note WP come pre cut so they are shorter).
—Slide on the bottom cover and use a heat gun to form it to your tube (do not go over plastic fork seal).
—Slide Fork through bottom triple clamp.
—Slide Top cover over tube as you slide the triple clamp on.
—Top covers do not have adhesive so you can slide it off when you take your forks off and slide it on when you reinstall them.
—**Do not use Solvent cleaners on White Logo they will be removed. Cover to wash

Replaced a worn set of fork sleeves after fork rebuild. The old set had a couple rips in them from previous owner, but to my surprise no scratches or dings on the fork tubes. Not the highest level of protection, but they do offer something. As the directions indicate, trim to length before install. These do not shrink much at all as far as length.
Great for what it is, but don’t expect it to be what it isn’t. One crash and there is a gouge. Looks badass, but probably not ideal for the hard enduro types.
These are my second set of these fork shrinks. Super easy to install, and they look great! I wouldn’t call them “protectors” but they’re definitely a killer cosmetic upgrade.
