The Trailbound Trailcutters chainsaw rack was developed for the all the dedicated Traillcutters out there. Its unique universal design works on many different types of dirt bikes and chainsaws. With the use of the included Trailbound Enduro Straps you can mount the rack onto the front of most fork legs. The chainsaw is mounted to the rack using a larger rubber Enduro Strap that holds the saw extremely tight when riding hard enduro. When not hauling a chainsaw the rack looks like a number plate however the slots around edge can be used as mounting points for strapping gas, jacket, tools, camp gear ect. Please read all fitment & details below before ordering. The Baja Designs light can be easily mounted to multiple locations of the rack for keeping it lit on those long rides.

XL Saw Kit Upgrade

This kit is used to carry larger backhandle chainsaws but some guys also use it for the added stability when carrying heavier top handle saws.
Kit includes:
—Additional longer strap + keeper loop for more support on heavier/wider saws

Utility Strap Kit Upgrade

—This kit comes with Four 20" Enduro straps for carrying things like tool bag, fuel bottle, bar oil, jacket, pruning shears, Silky saw ect.

Bike Fitment

—"Most bikes": Fits KTM TPI, KTM carb, Sherco, Yamaha ect this rack sits the closest to the forks
—"2024+ KTM / HUSKY / GASGAS" and "All Year Beta": This is now the same rack, it is extended out further from the forks to compensate for the newer Beta and KTM computer. This rack will also fit on all other bikes so for example; if have a new KTM and a Yamaha, get this rack so you can run it on both bikes.
—The 4 adjustable rubber strap designs makes it work well with most full size dirtbikes. They've been run on KTM, Gas Gas, Husky, Honda, Shereco, Yamaha (WR's do need a mod for speedo) and trials bikes.

What Chainsaw to Get

If you're new to the Trailcutters crew you might be wondering what saw is the best to run. Typically, we run top handle chainsaws saws which are small and lightweight arborist climbing saws. The typical saw you probably have in the garage is a backhanded saw. These are heavy and the long handle sticks out above the bike's handlebar. Our rack will work with these saws (using the XL kit upgrade) but they are generally only needed for really big tree cutting days. The most common trailcutters saw is the stihl MS192t or 193t which is pretty light and has enough power for big cuts. However, the new Echo 2511t is gaining popularity as it is the lightest saw available, you just have to be more patient when cutting larger trees as it has a smaller engine.

Saws below are weighed without a bar or chain and topped off with fuel and bar oil:
—Stihl MS170 back handle chainsaw: 9.5lb best for really big trees
—Stihl 193t top handle chainsaw: weight? best all around trailcutters saw
—Echo 2511t top handle chainsaw: 5.6lb best for brushing and smaller trees, larger trees may take 2 cuts, one from each side of the log
